Root Cause Analysis (RCA) refers to systematic processes of identifying the causes of recurrent failure and error in any process or equipment. Numerous techniques have been developed by industry to perform RCA in a systematic, robust and efficient manner in order to identify and then eliminate, reduce, or prepare for future recurrent failures.
Each session will cover one of 6 methods:
* 5 Whys
* Change Analysis/Event Analysis
* Cause-and-effect Ishikawa/Fishbone/Tree diagram
* Barrier analysis
* Pareto Charts
* Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA)
Course structure:
2 Online sessions per week for 6 weeks. One content and one Q&A session per week. Online sessions will be 1 hour long, delivered via MS Teams.
Course fee: R2200.00 pp
A maximum of 20 participants are to be accepted for this intake to ensure quality communication during sessions. Enquire early to avoid disappointment.
